Contains a letter addressed to Isaac Blackford (then Speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives) from a group of "Independent Freemen," published in the Vincennes Western Sun, 1817; the text of an address to the Indiana Legislature Blackford delivered in 1829; and an article about Blackford published in The Legal Advisoer (a Chicago-based magazine devoted to law) in 1881.
