Historical note
This material includes biographical information, images, and reproduced correspondence pertaining to the two Indiana Supreme Court Justices and four Indiana lawyers who participated in the Nuremberg Trials held by the Allies against representatives of the defeated Nazi Germany. Justice Curtis Shake was the presiding judge for the U.S. Military Tribunal to try I.G. Farben Industries officials, while Justice Frank Richman was a judge of the American Military Tribunal, Division IV, Nuremberg Group.
