Scope and contents This notebook was purchased by Chief Justice Randall Shepard from an Indianapolis bookseller who had a small collection of material from Justice Curtis Shake. The notebook comprises a clipping file of cases decided by the Indiana Supreme Court from 1941 to 1945.
