Scope and contents This notebook was purchased by Chief Justice Randall Shepard from an Indianapolis bookseller who had a small collection of material from Justice Curtis Shake. The notebook comprises a clipping file of cases decided by the Indiana Supreme Court from 1941 to 1945. Following the collection of newspaper clippings (each hand annotated with the date and legal citation) is a handwritten alphabetical index arranged by the name of the first party.
